What you get every time

You know the number before a wrench moves. No work starts without your OK.
Ontario law says a repair shop needs your authorization. We put it in writing.
Never more than 10% over
The final bill cannot be more than ten percent above the written estimate. That is the law in Ontario, and we hold to it.
Parts and labour are warranted for 90 days or 5,000 km, whichever comes first.

It is a small shop. Two hoists, and Kamal is the one under your car. That means the person who diagnoses it is the person who fixes it, and the person who quotes it is the person you pay. It also means he cannot take every car the same day, so call or text first and he will tell you when to come.
We are not always the cheapest quote you will get. We are the quote that does not grow once the car is apart.

Questions people ask
Do you give written estimates?
Yes, before any work starts. Ontario law says a shop must offer a written estimate unless you set a maximum you are willing to pay, and the final bill cannot be more than 10 percent above it. We hold to both.
Can I text you a photo of the problem?
Yes. Text it to 647-629-3963, which is Kamal's own phone. A photo of a warning light, a short video of a noise, a picture of a leak, or a photo of an estimate from another shop all work.

What if the final bill is more than the estimate?
In Ontario the final cost cannot be more than 10 percent above the written estimate. If something new turns up once the car is apart, Kamal calls you before touching it.
Do I get my old parts back?
Yes. Kamal shows you what came off before you pay, and you can take the parts home. Ontario law says a shop must return replaced parts if you want them.
